DIYers: For an hourly rate we can do a walk-through consult: specific recommendations on the spot, or provide a detailed written report/checklist-very helpful if your project is larger, long-term, a commercial or an estate property.
Hands-on: We speak, then meet to assess it all, set a strategy and decide what each of us will do. A proposal that satisfies your unique needs is prepared, then facilitated upon your approval. Fees based on time, and materials needed.
Smaller and vacant co-ops or condos that need to move? Call me, I have Plan “B”!
Time is billed at $95.00 per hour, see complete pricing details on the process page. In any case, referrals to other quality professionals, or sites that would welcome any unwanted items are complimentary, and my pleasure.
Staging services include:
